Rekordbox Comment ID3 tag

Hello,

 

Just a issue when using rekordbox when updating the comments in my ID3 tags of my MP3s, i find that i am yet to make rekordbox to update the tad unless if i delete my whole database and then rescan it all(rescanning a mp3 with out first deleting the database does not help)

 

am i missing a step here? I'm currently adding all the keys into my comment sections of my mp3's and have found there is no other way to make rekordbox & my CDJ 2000s to recognise the change..

Right click reload tag on the highlited tracks

i'm guessin here..

Always best to edit tags prior to importing, but as Pionix suggests, you just need to reload the tags.  You can do that in bulk by selecting all tracks and then right-click and select reload tags.

Hi Guy,

Not sure if i'm the the correct topic. after i analyzed all my tracks in Rekordbox, all my in fo the the comments changed from "Legally Downloaded from XXXX" and inserted the SPM instead. Have i done something wrong?
