@johnny > Does the SD card show up as a drive within Windows?
Hi, just started using Rekordbox and need a quick bit of advice.
I have a built in SD card reader on my PC, but if i put the SD card (FAT32 formatted) in to the card reader, it doesnt appear on the devices list in Rekordbox.
Can you only use USB devices to export to?
Thanks, Jon.

Yes, can browse through it fine in Windows Explorer.
The only way I have got it to work is if I take the SD card, put it in my digital camera, then connect the camera via USB to the computer. Rekordbox can then see it, I can export to it and it works fine in a CDJ2000 (I made sure the camera doesnt write anything to the card).
Its almost as if Rekordbox can only see USB connected devices and is unable to see anything via the SD card reader. If I plug a USB memory stick into the PC then it can see that fine, but with the SD card in the reader, Windows can see it but the devices tab in Rekordbox stays completely empty.
@johnny > If the SD card shows up as its own drive (like G: drive), then rekordbox should be able to view it and thus export to it. I wonder if it's because it's through the camera?
Did you re-format it since using it in the camera? It could have hidden files on it that you're not seeing
