Have it rescan those tracks, you shouldn't lose any cue points.

Same problems with update1.5.4
All beat grids shifted like others said hours and hours of work. Please help. Tried to go back to 1.5.3 but the beat grids were all messed up in there to. Suggestions???

When you say rescan do you mean analyze track again. When I do that the Cue points are still off but the blue bar moves to where the cue point should be. So that means that I will have to manually touch every single track I own again and reset cue points. I hope and pray that there is a better solution.

make sure you deleted 1.5.4 and are using the right version. (i know it sounds stupid but if you don't delete it and use the same shortcut you may still be using 1.5.4) once you've done that highlight ALl tunes and re-analyse. after that it works fine as it used.
