Error when starting RB 1.5.3

0) Have you read the "READ ME FIRST" thread in its entirety before posting: I swear!

1) Operating System: OSX 10.7.4

2) OS Type: 64bit

3) Rekordbox version: 1.5.3 - because of the 1.5.4 bugs 

4) Using LINK: Yes

4a) LINK Connection method: DJM2000 + CDj2000

4b) Using with CDJs: Yes

5) Hard drive / Flash drive / SD card file system: FAT32

5a) Does the device have multiple partitions: No

5b) If it's a flash drive, is it a U3 device: No

5c) With what utility did you format the device: HP USB Formatting Utility

6) Have you scanned your files for errors: Yes

7) Have you scanned your drive for errors: Yes

8) Is Rekordbox crashing at all: No - sometimes

8a) If crashing, is it resulting in: crash log  

8b) If not crashing, are there any error messages: -

9) Are you able to repeat / reproduce the problem: Yes

9a) If yes, can you do it consistently: No

10) Any other notes regarding your setup only: Macbook pro

Provide as much detail of the issue here:

When i start up RB, it sometimes shuts itself down with an error message. But other times, it just works as it should.

What does this error mean? It's really annoying, sometimes i get the error 2 or more times before RB starts up normally.

Please go back to that thread and try the instructions for step 5 (renaming the database) and see if it crashes.  If it does crash, go back in and add the "backup" to the file, but add ".old" to the end of that one as well.  Launch the software again (should now have NO database) and see if it crashes.

@Pulse - Whoops, i'm sorry! I am going to try this after my analysis is finished. 2000 to go now!

Okay, I think I have the problem. It occurs only when analyzing and scrolling through my collection. I am going to let RB run playing tracks for the next few hours, just to be sure

Some extra info: I first have to start RB an then plug my USB in

That can happen with certain devices -- but yes, if you're analysing tracks, just let it do that one thing and try doing other stuff afterward.
