NEW RECORDBOX-VERSION BUT OLD FIRMWARE???

Hi,

i have a question about using cdj2000 with FW 3.10 and an OLD recordbox-Version 1.30.

This setup works great, no crashes or something BUT when i play in a club with a newer firmware on cdj2000, sometimes it happens that the CDJ cannot read my USB-Stick/Drive, because there is a newer firmware on it, but my recordbox is still 1.30.

Will it work when i upgrade my recordbox to the newest version? Another Problem is, that not every club will upgrade the FW, is it possible to play with a new recordbox version on older CDJ2000 FW?

There are some differences in the database builds between versions, I'm not 100% sure on which, but I would suggest updating to the newest firmware; you can keep the Rekordbox software at 1.3 for now.

I think its the database of recordbox, because my old version didn´t work with a newer Firmware. Is that possible? But will the new rekordbox work with an old or maybe the FIRST CDJ2000 firmware?^^
