Hi, I'm having trouble when I export my tracks to the USB device. I've set hot cues and memory points at "Collection" but when I export them to the USB device some of them just appear with no hot cue or memory points. I tried exporting one by one but It didn't work. Also when I try to set memory points at the "Device" area it won't let me. I need some help.

And yesterday when I went to the club to play on CDJ-2000s some of the tracks weren't showing the waveform or bpm, and the ones which were showing the bpm were ocilating, like the track was not analysed. Please, I just purchased 2 CDJ-2000s and one DJM-2000, I think I deserve some support from pioneer, right??
