Sorry, the 1000MK3 was released pre-rekordbox and doesn't have the ability to read audio from the SD card, only waveform data and memory / hot cue points.

Next Rekordbox release - feature request
Guys could you please request that support for CDJ 1000 MK3 is added to next RB release. I still have use a CDJ1000 so it would be uber awesome to export cue points to CDJ1000 SD card.

sorry pulse thats what i was meaining :) would be cool if i could create cue points in RB then save the cue points on the CDJ1000 SD card (connected to pc through card reader) would this be possible?

No, the 1000MK3 has no ability to read rekordbox libraries and rekordbox doesn't have the ability to manage hot cues / memory points for CDs the same way the MK3 does. Sorry!
