are you aware that you have to "call up" the hot starts A, B and C? once track is loaded, hold the call button, the abc buttons will blink showing that you have stored point, press them to load

FollowRekordbox - All my hot cues are erased after being exported to an SD-card
Hey,
I imported 300 tracks from my itunes lib (all of them from playlists > playlists) to rekordbox and set hot-cues for every single track. Happy with that I analyzed all the tracks (with key) then exported them all onto a 16 gig SD-card. After the export it seems it also erased all my hot cues (saved in slot 1,2,3 not just ordinary cue points...) which made me quite pissed (no hot cues on the SD card nor on my mac).
Fair enough, did it all again and exported the tracks over again and would you believe it, the same thing happend again.
Before I exported the tracks to the SD-card I made hot-cues for 3-4 tracks and then I restarted the program due to a reboot. When I opened the program I made 300 more hot-cues and then exported it all to the SD-card and after it was done they were all erased..
What's this all about?! I'm running rekordbox 2.02 and the SD-cards have been formated to the correct filesystem..
Cheers,
Oscar

Heya mate,
Yes, the problem is that the hot cues are erased from my library. When you store a hot cue in rekordbox a small window displaying "cue" is shown to the left. After exporting my tracks to the SD-card all my hot cues are gone, see the attached pic.
all the cues are lost locally or just the cues you transferred to the card, in other words, are the cue deleting themselves from the original file on your computer or are they just not transferring to the SD card
They're deleting from my library on the mac, so there are no hot cues on the SD-Card nor on the Mac. This only happens after updating (exporting tracks) the SD-card.
hey Oscar, I thought of this thread last night, some tracks i play a lot i started noticing my cue points were missing too, some were fine on some tracks and other tracks had nothing saved, I know there were cue points too because they are common tracks I play. I do export to a usb external every week as a backup. I tried to reproduce it and couldn't but wanted to let you know you are not a lone on this. Also a lot of my tracks had the wrong bpm and waveform show up on the cdj and when loaded into RB, the bpm of the track would be 128 but the cdj says 97 or so and the wave is completely from a different track. Hopefully we get some answers soon
Has anybody had any luck with this yet?
Hi since doing hot cues and active loop etc
I am experiencing this prob , but since I stopped
Using the orange cue to mark anything
In rekordbox, basically not using it in rekordbox
, things have got better, rekordbox seemed to get
Confused when was used to mark downbeat at start
Since just using hot cues green and orange
Things are better when exporting, not perfect
, as this prob was very random, but better))
It seems to be quite common rekordbox behavior...
Select all tracks in the collection and hit menu Track -> Analyze Track. It solved lost hot cues. Also Reload Tag in the menu recovers lost artwork.
