I've been working with Rekordbox and the link feature. I love the drag and drop feature where you drag a track to the CDJ icon in RB and it loads the track on the CDJ.
I mentioned this before in a post but would like to make an official request.
I would like to see the CDJ LINK expanded. First as they are linked I would like to see the beat grid in RB work with the beat grid on the CDJ. If I hit play on RB the CDJ starts and or if I hit play on the CDJ the beat grid on RB plays. Also want to be able to set the first beat on my CDJ and have it set on RB, as well as setting loops on my CDJ and RB memorizing it and not be forced only to do it on RB. Point being, if I can do it on RB I'd like to be able to do it on the CDJ and if I can do it on the CDJ I want to see it done on RB. That is a true LINK. It would also help fine tune everything.
Of course having RB have upto 4 beat grids for each CDJ Nexus you have shown is a must

I hate the drag and drop and think we should be able to control RB from the CDJ link the rest of the controllers. Why touch the laptop at all when u dont have to do it with serato or traktor in HID mode... Lets gets this fixed Pioneer... PLEASE.
Never used Serato or Traktor but I am all for an easier and better way. Something... :-)
Of course when I see that my CDJ beat is a little off and I goto RB while it is linked and try to adjust... Sorry, RB must be unlinked before adjustments can be made! STUPID #$##@$!
Oh and if its not to much trouble how about recording our mixes through rekordbox instead of other software...
