Having issues with Sync as I posted in CDJ forum and it was brought up that it could be RB. I know I said I would leave it alone but just something for Pioneer to think about.
I wouldn't buy a Computer that didn't come with an operating system (Mac or PC) and when buying a Computer I damn sure wouldn't go with the computer that had a basic operating system. My example is Pioneer equipment and RB. All this nice equipment and a software program that is basic, no fun and lacking in features, basically it gets you by... I know it's free but so is many programs that come with a Computer that do so much compared with what RB can do / offers for the Pioneer equipment. I know there is a HOME version of Windows but it just got you to the Internet... blah!
I for one, if Pioneer had a legit competitor with the 2000 Nexus lineup and had a better program like RB, (I'm not a fan boy yet) Get RB solid and a leader than things might change.
Back to issues with RB and equipment. I'm not sure what the real issue is but I darn sure don't like being a beta tester for almost $8,000 in equipment alone. Heck, read the forums and people don't use this or that feature because it doesn't work right and they hope an update will finally resolve all the issues (one that is released soon)
Back to RB being free. Fine, where Is Rekordbox plus for $99.99? I spent this much another hundred or 2 for a RB that I don't have to unplug the ethernet cable to set loops that start at the end of a song or to adjust the beat grid because I can't do it while LINKED, I'm LINKED why can't I? I also want beat grids linked to my CDJ so when I move the jog wheel I see the beat grid move on the PC. I know other things might be a priority but as I said, please show me the BUY NOW for Rekordbox Pro, Plus, Gold or whatever!
