pro-link load track shortcut doesn't work

0) Have you read the "READ ME FIRST" thread in its entirety before posting: Yes, I swear it!

1) Operating System: OSX 10.6.8

2) OS Type: 64bit 32bit

3) Rekordbox version: 2.0.7

4) Using LINK:  Yes

4a) LINK Connection method: LAN between my mac & cdj2000's via a hub

4b) Using with CDJs:  Yes (if yes, list them) 2000s

5) Hard drive / Flash drive / SD card file system:

5a) Does the device have multiple partitions: No

5b) If it's a flash drive, is it a U3 device:

5c) With what utility did you format the device: OSX Windows HP USB Formatting Utility Other

6) Have you scanned your files for error

7) Have you scanned your drive for errors: No

8) Is Rekordbox crashing at all: N

8a) If crashing, is it resulting in: an error message OR a crash log OR both (DO NOT POST YOUR CRASH LOG UNLESS REQUESTED!)

8b) If not crashing, are there any error messages: No

9) Are you able to repeat / reproduce the problem:  Yes

9a) If yes, can you do it consistently:  Yes

everything seems to work fine apart from the load track to player shortcut. i have buttons allocated. i can drag tracks to the cdj icons ok. been through the stuff on here about making ethernet a priority connection but it didn't help. my hub is a bit old & crap but all other functionality works. just a bit annoying having to use the mouse all the time.

also, would love an artwork field in rekordbox!!! i know it would increase row hight but would be so much easier to reconise tracks, someone put a $20 note through the door of pioneer HQ for me

some buttons do not work properly for loading for some reason, I have reported this too and nothing has been done about it, I tried using SHIFT and arrow left and right based on the deck but it works once and then nothing after so I allocated CTRL+1 and 2 instead and it's been fine

sweet that worked for me.... just need a big hane to reach the keys at same time. might try other combos
