Stupid off-topic question...what is the "master bpm" readout in yellow at the bottom of the screen when you're linked? I'm still on 2.0.3 so maybe that's why I haven't seen this?
Made a video to compare and better explain the difference in exporting between 20.07 and 2.1.1.

New bug in 2.1.1, worked fine in previous version
I use my CDJ's linked to my laptop during a gig, throughout the night I am setting hot cues and loops and saving them from the player and you can see the cues and loops added to the tracks in RB but now when you cannot update those tracks to a USB drive.
If the track existed on the usb drive, you used to be able to export it again and all it would do is update the new info, this no longer happens, the only way to get it to work is by physically loading the track into the RB player and setting the cues and loops.
this happens with the sync feature on or off

Hi Brichi, Touchdown
I mentioned a similar issue a couple of weeks ago - but my issue is with cues imported in to 2.1.1 using RekordBuddy (rather than the CDJ).
http://forums.pioneerdj.com/entries/25762087-Problem-with-exporting-cue-points-in-2-1-1
I can see them in Rekord Box, but if I export them in 2.1.1, I only get the tracks and the cue points are missing.
If I then open 2.0.7 and do the export the cue points export fine.
I haven't really bothered chasing it up, as I have a workaround - but yep something definitely up with cue points not created directly in RekordBox 2.1.1
