FollowRekord box corrupting usb flash drives
Hi, So i decided to get rekordbox along with a brand new kingston data traveller 64gb usb stick, after installing the programme and analysing my collection i proceeded to export my playlists to the usb stick, however the stick kept un-mounting itself at various points, i tried this about 4 times until the last time where the message "disk cannot be read" came up, after reading through some forums and trying to reformat the usb it seemed the usb had been totally corrupted and was no longer usable, at this point i thought that the usb drive had been sent to me corrupt. So i bought a brand new lacie rugged key 32gb usb. when i exported the playlists everything went fine, i took it to a gig and during spound check the cdj900's read the files perfectly, later on in the evening when my actual set was about to begin the cdj no longer was able to read the usb. i went home and uninstalled rekordbox, reinstalled it, reanalysed my collection, reformatted the drive and re-exported the playlists, however a week or so later (yesterday) i tried to sync the usb with rekordbox to update some files and the same message "disk could not be read" popped up, i again tried a secure erase / reformat it but now my disk utility is not acknowledging the usb. I thought that the issue was the usb's but it can't be as they were both brand new and good quality ones, can anyone help me and tell me why this is happening, the usb's have cost me just under £100 quid now.
i have a macbook pro late 2013 dual core i7, i am running the latest version of rekordbox, and i have also checked all my song files for corruption, they are all 100% fine, any help as to why this is happening would be greatly appreciated.

The same exact thing is happening to me with several different 32gig USB sticks!
Have you tried formatting it OS X journaled and re-export?
It's imperative that you eject your drive before removing them from the player or your computer in order to avoid data corruption. rekordbox itself would not corrupt your drive's partition table to the point where it won't mount or be recognized by the Disk Utility.
Check this video for proper formatting technique on OS X:
And while you're at it, I recommend updating rekordbox to 3.2.
