Why do I have some files (MP3) which play fine in the rekordbox player (and all other media players (desktop, mobile phone, Traktor)) but when I send the tracks to my CDJs, they don't play? I get the error "cannot play track......"
The files are not corrupt as I've re-downloaded them a few times. I really want rekordbox as my main program. Traktor has no problem with these files.

A CDJ is more strict about checking the MP3 file format than DJ applications. This problem may be caused by the tight tolerances. Could you please check problematic files using a verification software first to confirm it is not a corrupt file? If the file is not corrupt, the engineers would like you to post the file so they could inspect it to find the reason it won't load.
