There is no official method of transferring between a PC and Mac because they each use different methods of addressing the file structure / locations. The unofficial method is VERY messy and requires some technical know-how.
Is it possible to migrate the database (with ceupoint et cetera) from a Windows PC to a MAC?

Thanks for your fast awnser. I'm quite good with the pc. Can you discribe the 'unofficial' method? Not in detail, but the basic? That should be enough.
@Jan > Basically, the process involves doing a find/replace on all of the path values within the rekordbox database. As what was once D:\Music may now be /dev/disk1/part1/Music, you will need all file references to point to the correct location, not only for the music, but also the internal data such as cue points, waveforms and album art.
In what xml (?) file i can change the path?
The rekordbox database located here:
Win 7/8: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Pioneer\rekordbox
OSX: /Users/yourusername/Library/Pioneer/rekordbox
