[TICKETED] RB won't show when minimized

I think this is a bug with rekordbox as I don't have the problem with any other program on OS X Yosemite.

When RB is minimized to the dock and I click the icon to bring the window back into focus, nothing happens.

The title bar shows in the the menubar to the top left corner but that's it.

To activate the window I have to right-click the dock icon, choose Show All Windows, then click RB from there - this can't be right.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Uhm, I'm pretty sure this is normal as the same thing happens with Chrome, Mail, etc. Most applications don't "open" if you have minimized it (and can see the thumbnail on the dock) and click on the main program icon from the dock - you need to click the thumbnail to maximize that window again.

I don't have thumbnails on my dock as I have all my apps minimize into its own dock icon. "Minimize windows into application icon" (frees up dock space).

Every single app I have will restore when I click on the dock icon except rekordbox.

Interesting - when it's set to "minimize into application icon" it does seem to stick (provided you've minimized it). I'll point this out to the engineers, but as work-arounds for the time being, try hiding it instead (Command+H) and it will pop back. If you still prefer to minimize, when you go to the icon, press and hold and you can select "Show All Windows" to bring them up.

Thanks.

Cmd+H does the trick. A good temporary solution until the engineers can fix it.
