All of a sudden my CDJ's have stopped loading my playlists from rekordbox?!

0) Have you read the "READ ME FIRST" thread in its entirety AND TRIED THE SOLUTIONS THERE before posting:  Yes, I swear it!

1) Operating System: OSX 10.9.4

2) OS Type: 64bit

3) rekordbox version: 3.2.1

4) Using LINK: Yes

4b) LINK Connection method: DJM900, D Link Lan Router (but have connected direct from Mac to CDJ and problem is the same

4c) Using with CDJs: Yes Firmware updated today CDJ 2000 4.33

5) Source Hard drive / Flash drive / SD card file system: Macbookpro 1tb hard drive

5b) Connection type: Lan cable

5c) Does the device have multiple partitions: No

5d) If it's a flash drive, is it a U3 device: No

5e) With what utility did you format the device: N/A

6) Export Hard drive / Flash drive / SD card file system: N/A

6b) Connection type: LAN

6c) Does the device have multiple partitions: No

6d) If it's a flash drive, is it a U3 device: No

6e) With what utility did you format the device: N/A

7) Have you scanned your files for errors: No, Yes

7b) Have you scanned your drive for errors: Yes

8) Is rekordbox crashing at all: No

8a) If crashing, is it resulting in: an error message OR a crash log OR both (DO NOT POST YOUR CRASH LOG UNLESS REQUESTED!)

8b) If not crashing, are there any error messages: No

9) Are you able to repeat / reproduce the problem: Yes

9a) If yes, can you do it consistently: Yes

10) Does the problem occur with one specific song: No

12) Provide as much detail of the issue here: up untill today has been working fine, I have made no changes to the setup... Link says it is connected, when I press link on the CDJ it will display rekordbox on the screen and show that it has 921 songs, 52 playlists but when I select rekordbox and it moves to the next screen it says rekordbox1 at the top but no playlists or tracks or any info at load beneath it?! I have updated the version of rekordbox, updated the CDJ firmware, I have connected my macbook via lan cable directly in to the CDJ rather than the network and I am still experiecing the same plroblem! any help please?!

Hi, 

2 quick questions, does this situation arise without linking the devices? 

Does it have the same issue when only one usb is connected? Doe the player still read CDs. I am trying to get a better understanding of the problem so that we can suggest a solution

@Rhys > Have you verified that it's not working with a single player connected directly, the firewall disabled completely and the wifi turned off? It sounds to me like it's possible that the firewall is blocking one of the core components; the track list is showing but the audio is not streaming.

Hi Pulse, yep doesn't work with a single player connected directly, have tried turning both the firewall and wi fi off but no joy... :( I haven't made any changes to my wifi/firewall or any other security and it worked fine up untill I posted this! don't know what elese to try :(

@Rhys > Updates to the software can cause firewalls to ignore the new version of the software and require additional rules get created.

Please try connecting your two players directly to each-other first to ensure that there is no communication error with the players themselves. Next, connect one player directly to the computer and ensure that you have no additional network adapters which have been installed. Also check that you don't have any other file sharing or server-type applications running.
