Hi all,
I use the latest rekordbox software with my configuration:
Win 7 x64, latest updates
Intel Core i5 750, 8GB Ram Kingston 1600Mhz, SSD HDD OCZ Agility Vertex4, Gigabyte DS4 rev.2 with USB3.0.
I bought new flash drive Patriot Supersonic Rage XT 32GB USB3.0.
I have no problem with this stick in my OS, but when I want to export playlist to this stick I export for example 90tracks and after that
i have "An Error Occured While Exporting", but WHAT ERROR? Why ERROR? Any error log?
I cannot find the problem.. flash stick use FAT32 I tried to format it several times.
Any ideas?

I saw this error because a file did not have the analyzed wave data
Look at the last track exported on the flash drive, usually alphabetical order and then look at what would have been the next track, thats usually the track that caused the error for me
OK, so if I re-analyze the data it should work, doesn't it?
It is strange, that other flash drives work, but one kingston drive also have this error.
I also wonder, what happens, when I plug this stick inside CDJ2000. I cannot risk any troubles during my live performance.
So for my upcoming gig I will try just tested stick and I will use the new one, when I will have chance to use it with CDJ2000.
I have this problem since RekordBox 3.0.
I will try your suggestion.
Btw. I use WAV format of tracks.
From an error / troubleshooting perspective;
It would have been nice, if one could see what music file caused the error or at least the last one that was handled correctly.
Bugfix / improvement ?
If you're still following this question, sorry for the delay in posting here - I somehow missed it and it was brought up with another user posting.
Should you still be experiencing this problem, I would ask that you try exporting small batches of tracks until you locate a batch with an error exporting, then narrow it down to which track(s) cause the error, then link them here for me to pass to the engineers for inspection. Thanks!
First of all I must say, that I am very disappointed with the support on this issue from Pioneer. It's gone over 2 years, and still you haven't improved on your error handling, so users experiencing this could have a clue what is going on and make them able to solve the problem. Instead, they pick the easy solution to make the customer have to spend maybe hours on trying to nail down a problem, a programmer could have solved in minutes, by providing more information about the problem in the error dialog.
So, to anyone coming here, I have an easy solution to track down the problematic file. In the Windows Task Manager, you should "Open Resource Monitor" and go to the disk tab. Make sure you try to sync a couple of times, so the problematic file is the first Rekordbox tries to export. Then reinsert your USB drive and sync again. Under the "Disk" tab in resource monitor, you can expand "Disk Activity" and see which files the system is currently or recently has written to. Look for files on your USB drive. You will usually see one single MP3/whatever music file there and that's the one!
That solved it for me!
Im facing the same problem when trying to export from Macbook Pro Rekordbox 4.3 DDJ RX to Samsung Edge 7 android. "Error occurred while exporting" any solution for this?
I fixed it, bruh! U just need analyze all your track again in collection but just select phrase. Then, you try sync manager with your USB again, you will see the result.
Thank you for that answer. You did this in Rekorbox 6?
The only things that annoys me is that I have 2000 wav files and with many of them I edited the beat grids... I think re-analizing will delete all those edits I made to the beatgrid, which would be days of work to re-do ...
