How are your USB drives formatted? Have you previously used them with rekordbox (3.0 or earlier)?

Having problem getting music from rekordbox to a USB, everytime I try it says 'Failed to write USB device'. Anyone know what the problem could be?
So yeah pretty much explained it in the question, music from rekordbox will not write to the usb device, i've tried multiple USB's and nothing is working.
