Great offer which i took full advantage off by buying an ergo, struggling to get the cashback though summited the claim and had it all verified but not seen any cask back yet,

have had the conformation email saying i would have it with in 28 days (that was 48 days ago now) have also emailed pioneer and they told me it would take a few days as its an international bank traansfer (that was 12 days ago)!

anyone else having problems? or how long did it take for you?

Im guessing they are not resolved as i have no money!! (54 days now!)

I've also been waiting for 50 days for my cashback. Sent an email on the 16/09/2012 and the reply told me I would have my money within a couple of days. Nothing by the 24/09/2012 so sent another email and was then told I would have my money by 28/09/2012. Today is 02/10/2012 and guess what, still no payment!

Come on Pioneer, sort this out. I expected better service from you. It shouldn't take this long!!!

Day 58 i have my money but cant help but think its because i kicked up a fuss, with phonecalls to Pioneer UK who were a great help concidering it wasnt their mess, also thanks to Guildford Sound and Lighting for fighting my corner :D

I now also have my money! :-) Only a month late but got there in the end!
