@Michael > Have you the channels set correctly to the crossfader i.e. on A or B? Have you tried adjusting the crossfader curve? Has this made any improvement / difference?

Follow[SOLVED] ddj-sx fader issues
I recently purchased a ddj-sx. My cross fader does not close all the way sometimes on the right side. The left deck still plays when the fader is completely to the right. Forcing me to turn the volume unexpectedly and suddenly in my mixes. It did it about 6 times last night. I have tested this at home many times. If I let the deck play, it will "figure it out" and eventually close all the way (usually like a few seconds), but I've had times where it kept playing for close to 30 seconds. Could someone please help? I work every night, and love this machine, with the exception of this issue.

I am having a similar problem with my ddj-sx. I have the Crossfader assign set to A for channel 1 but when i set the crossfader to side B, it is still playing the output from channel 1. This is only happening for this channel and all of the other channels are functioning as they should.
same, did u get ths resolved and what did u do?
hey i am having the same issue.. i actually try leaving it on side b for a while and it went normal.. but then went back playing channel1( which is set to side A) on side b. is this a hardware or software issue... cause i updated firm ware everything. if i put channel one switch to side b it won't play on side a like expected.. so whats going on.
yea, i sent it in and the main board is being replaced, sorry for the bad news
but my problem is a different, i think yours is the software problem , in settings make sure its set to linear or power , theres a glitch in the serato that causes this to change after a restart
yea i checked that.. but i can't click power or linear... jus disable and reverse.. i'm using pc so not sure if thats y..
is it plugged in u should be able to choose linear or power
yea it is.... jus did a whole lot of trouble shooting..
check this link , i sent
but my issue isn't volume drop.. channel 1 keeps playing wen i slide it to side b. its like channel one is on thru. but its not.. it doesn't cut off when i fade to side b.
