Master Volume in Serato & Virtual DJ do do move when you turn up the Master
I noticed that when you try and turn up the master volume on the Controller , the Volume in the Software for both Serato and Virtual do not move . I have tried running it in both midi mode and annolog mode with no success . I called Tech support and they are getting the same problem on their end . So hopefully their will be a fix for this soon .

Im having similar problem with ddjt1 and traktor. master volume, plus the headphones knobs (mix vol and aux) no response either. any one know how i can fix this problem? thanks

honestly I wouldnt think you would want the main on the mixer to control the main in serato. The main in serato is set so that both tracks come to the mixer at the same, un-peaked volume. Now lets say you need more main on the mixer because the iPod, cd player, mic, etc.... you plugged in is needs more volume, if you raise the main to bring the whole system up, you take the chance of the main is serato now distorting the tracks before they even hit the mixer
