[CLOSED] DDJ-S1 on Mac 10.6.8 issue on MBP.. Serato Itch or Serato DJ "Controller not Conneted"

I have repeated tried to resolve this for 2 days now! I have removed & re-installed, Itch and Serato DJ separately.

when opening programs, get Hardware not connected. Can some please help with settings, i'm lost. Work fine for 2 days then
