[CLOSED] DDJ SX SERIOUS issues.

Okay so here's what went down tonight.

My macbook pro retina 15" was running background music for about 2 hours off battery and when I started the dance portion, I could navigate to the directory where my songs were on my external hard drive through Serato DJ, but I couldn't open it. I continually kept trying to do so and it wasn't allowing me to open the folder.(I could open the directory outside of the program through finder as the drive was being read properly) So I ended up copying the directories to my desktop while I had other music playing off the external hardrive in my preset playlists. To fix the issue, a person made an announcement with a mic I had plugged into the 3rd channel through a 1/4" input and I unplugged then replugged in the external harddrive. At first it wasn't working, but 10 min after I could access the directories through Serato DJ.

Secondly, after about 30 min of mixing, the second deck's cue button wasn't working through the headphones. The track would load properly with the waveforms and everything on the second deck, but I could't hear it through my headphones(I made sure the cue botton was on for that channel and had the headphone volume turned up). I ended up having to switch to my 4th deck, and used that with the 1st deck for the entire night. Keep in mind I had the mic still plugged into channel 3 and it was turned off at this time.

Thirdly Serato DJ recorded part of my set throughout by itself (I did not navigate to record at all)

How can I resolve these problems?

BTW my old thread got closed and unresolved so I AM reposting this. Gavin the Pioneer moderator has closed my thread. so if he or any moderator can please address my problem that would be great.

This sounds to me more like a problem with the software than the hardware.

Barring that issue, have you tried replacing the USB cable?

@Sahil, I agree with you about " Gavin the Pioneer moderator has closed my thread....etc" i saw that in many unresolved issue here on pioneer forum.. it seem like where there is no solution or if they are feeling too shameless with many real threat about their product .. then they just close to topic without confirmed if the issue is resolved yet..

@Pioneer , This is not really professional to treat customers threat in this way, You have to right to close any complaint without the satisfaction of a customer since u r the manufacturer you should reassure all the customer issue is fix and no further problem. then ask if  we can close the topic now and if your probs has been solved.. then they can solve..

Thread three from Sahil: This thread

Its been two weeks since Pulse replied to this thread and still no response.

We're here to help you, but if you don't respond to threads then I don't see how that's possible. We allow sufficient, reasonable time to respond to queries before closing non-responsive threads.

So, UZzy, I resent your arguments.
