The console arrived today ddj-sx, slit, I read the instructions to connect it, so it, connect the PC, connect the headphones, connect to the speakers, connect to the power outlet I press the button but it does not illuminate anything. not turn on.
I try to change connection but remains off. change the adapter but nothing.
I move to another room, I try to only connect the console without the pc and it was a problem of the position taken, but nothing.
Question: The console by itself, without having connettata with pc speakers and whatnot, so you should also turn on? just to see where the problem lies.

The DDJ-SX should turn on with ONLY the AC adaptor plugged in and switched on, you do not need anything else connected, obviously it will be useless without the USB connection to Serato, but it should light up nevertheless.
Have you tried using another DC adaptor?

Sounds like a hardware malfunction.
