Any News for Wndows?
Now Traktor is available in 64 bit are there plans to develop 64 bit ASIO drivers for the DDJ-SZ? The current drivers only allow use of the WASAPI interfaces so they only show a single channel

Any News for Wndows?
Sorry, no updates at this time.
Well it's only been eight months since the question was asked and ten years since the first 64 bit OS so can't expect a small company like Pioneer to have resources to update drivers just yet. You'd expect it from all the huge multinationals like Native Instruments, Focusrite, Blackstar, Line6, RME, Apogee etc who already have them, but I'm sure Pioneer will catch up at some point!
@Mike > One would hope!
I would love to beta test the 64 bit ASIO drivers
@pedro > Please do not double-post. Thank you.
So ... any progress?
A year ago these drivers were being developed and tested. Ten months ago they were being certified. Can't help but think that either Pioneer have no-one who can actually develop these drivers or they're just not interested or don't care about bringing the support up to date.

Normally it's a question to compile 64-bit drivers with as good as the same 32 bit source code. Unless the source code is to creepy. For a worldwide professional company like Pioneer I really can't imagine their software engineers write creepy code. I say this as a software engineer and not as DJ. So my conclusion It looks like it's an enterprise policy to not (yet) release 64-bit drivers.
There are no betas available for public testing.
I don't have any other updates for you at this time.
Well it's about time for my every-few-months poke just on the off chance that the drivers are certified yet .... ?
Mike
Definitely going to try this ASAP
It´s a big problem, for Pionner, drivers wasapi no run whit a new software
@Nikko > All of our products have 64bit drivers now. Have you updated yet?
@pulse Sorry, it´s true,
but i thinking in Wasapi mode
Pioneer only have a two chanel, L+R
@Nikko > Correct; WASAPI drivers only support stereo output and are not recommended for use with DJ applications - you should be using the 64bit ASIO drivers.
