Have you checked that the adapter is connected properly and that there is no damage either on the connector or the 1/4" jack on the SX2?

DDJ SX2 quarter inch headphone jack issue
Hi! I noticed this just yesterday when I tried using my headphones with a quarter inch adapter. The sound quality is distorted. The 3.5mm slot is working fine though. My friend once shared listening to my cued tracks using the quarter inch slot while I'm on the 3.5mm and he did not have any problems. I'm curious as to what may have caused this issue with my headphones.
The sound distortions happens when I fully plug in the quarter inch jack. A bit more than halfway in there's no sound distortion.
Note:
Im using a newly purchased V-Moda m100.

Yes pulse. I triple checked it and there are no visible damages.

Do you have another pair of headphones you could use to test that 1/4" jack?
