[CLOSED] DDJ-SZ osx firmware updater problem

hello,

i'm trying to update my firmware on my ddj-sz with the update utility on my mac. i have unzipped the program but it doesn't load.

it doesn't give any kind of error or warning.

I'm using the tool DDJ-SZ_v118_Mac.zip on osx 10.9.4

any suggestions?

cheers

Is this the first update of the firmware, or have you done it several times before and was this the first time he failed in updating?

If this is the first update, did you read the update guide to enter the update mode on SZ?

Did you find a file named “DDJ-SZUpdate” after the file was unzipped?

If you have this file and double-click the file, was the “Updater Program” launched?

Let me know if it works through.

@djjay: i did read the guide + i've clicked the "DDJ-SZUpdate” and nothing happened... suddenly because i repeat it several time and fails,,, the firmware become from 1.112  degrade to 1.00!!

later on, i've uninstalled the ddj sz utility. and just try to connect it to serato software... and it works back to the 1.12 firmware

i guess,, i cant upgrade it huh?!

The file was completely unzipped but the program does nothing after executing. No error and any sort of message.
