@David > You say "Pioneer hasn't answered me yet" but this is your first post on these forums. Where did you contact Pioneer previously?
Are you playing your tracks linked between players when receiving the error?
I'm using CJD2000 with my harddrive (no computer using) formated FAT32 and imported all my tracks through Rekordbox
and all tracks were purchased on music stores on web - Traxsource and Beatport.
But I met E-8302: Player Error (3611) problem on CDJ2000 so, cannot play several tracks. ( I don't play with computer, only with Harddirve)
I had a same situation so, I deleted the file and re-imported them through Rekordbox but still the error message in on the CDJ screen..
I tried to change another cables and also, different USBs but I'm in all same problem situation..
Very frustrating on this products that I spent so much money on these decks upgraded from my CDJ1000s.
Help this out please.

Hey Pulse,
Thanks for your reply.
I posted on here before but didn't hear anything updated only mine (I could see updated on other postings) so, I deleted it and re-wrote it.
Nop, it's still impossible to play the tracks.. I really had to play them so, burned them to CDs and playing now..
Can you please help this out....?
I didn't get a clear answer on the previous question -- are you playing the tracks directly from the USB on ONE player or are you linking the USB to another player?
Directly UBSs. and also, tried linking USB to another player but same problem...
Is it the same files that you load that produce the problems ever time?
Yes, Same files..
Can you post one here (or email it to me):
