@low end glitch > I'm going to answer your questions as follows:

1) my question is if i get the djm 250 and one cdj 350 can i use that with software so i wont need another deck until i can get the money?

You can't map the DJM250 to any software. You won't be able to mix with only one deck.

2) do i need hardware for scratch live?

Yes, you'll need a SL box or a Rane mixer.

3) can i torrent it?

Seriously?

4) would they work with ableton?

In order to do what?

5) also are these gonna go down in price anytime soon?

Unlikely but you could try contacting your local dealer to see if they can give you a deal on buying all three units at the same time. Failing that, have you considered buying a controller like the DDJ-S1 / T1 or Ergo?

well i want cdj's but imo it shouldn't have to be around 2,000$ to get an "entry level" setup. looks like i'll be stuck with my apc

LOL gavin you don't torrent stuff? have fun wasting your money. BTW the ergo and ddj are both bad controllers. nothing compares to my apc 40.

@Low End Glitch > I want to buy a Porsche Boxster but I shouldn't have to pay around €90,000 for (what is considered) an "entry level" Porsche. The prices are what they are because they reflect the quality and performance of what you expect to buy.

As for your second point, I can't decide if you are just trolling or not (I guess that'll depend on your response) but no, I do not torrent my music. Artists create this music for a living, which I, in turn, use for financial gain as a DJ / my own personal enjoyment.

As for your third point, I disagree.
