[OPEN] CDJ2000 NEXUS stopped playing?!?!

Hi,

tonight i tested my new cdj2000 NEXUS in a club, but they have some problems.

When i play an hour, some tracks stopped playing...emergency loop comes on display and the track gets in loop or it stops. Not every track, but some.

Restarting the cdj and play the same track and it works. Why?!?! My normal CDJ2000 works fine since 2009.

I used a 64 USB stick (HFS+) and 32 SD card (fat32). On both i have this problem.

Please help;)

i have the problem with one of my cdjs ,i put usb in other cdj and it works fine

i have the problem with these (sandisk Ultra usb 3 128 GB) (sandisk cruzer fit 16 GB) (WD my passport 2 TB) at the fir i connect them in the middle of the track it going to emergency loop and its not recognized the usb after a several connect and disconnect it s recognized the usb but same problem but in this time it play 2 track and it s going to emergency loop !

@parsasaffarzadeh According to the technician who analyzed my equipment. The problem is in the power of the USB port. The voltage was varied when it is inserted a pen drive high-speed or an external hard drive. Try putting a pen common drive with usb 2.0 and see if it will happen the problem.

@Pulse @Felipe Costa with usb 2 flash memory i check ,i have no problem .but i have the problem with one of my cdjs when connecting usb 3 stick and hard drive ! what should this happen ?why voltage is varied in it ? how should be repair ? do i have to change the usb whole section on cdj ?or it just a small piece of electric part that can replace ? thanks for your help realy appreciate

I have the same problem with one of my cdj-2000 nexus , when i play from any usb or hard drive suddenly it s going to emergency loop and my usb light turning of ,i have to take the usb out and put it again i test with any usb and hard drives (USB 2 , USB 3) , i check the the usb connection the usb fits in it perfectly i almost update the player to latest firmware which is 1.30 buy have this issue can you help with this problem .
