CDJ-2000 NEXUS Freeze, goes to black and freeze again

While playing one of my CDJ-2000 Nexus the screen FREEZE while still playing the track, the whent to black and came up with the screen all freeze. I was able to still search tracks etc. this issue is only on one deck. Is it a bug or an issue since I only bave it with the same deck?

Ok, can you tell us about your setup. Do you use a computer? If so, what are the specs and OS? How do you have everything networked (via a switch)? Where do you get your music from and what format is it in?

2 CDJ-2000 NEXUS, 1 DJM 900 Nexus.
No computer at all. My music is a external drive 350GB, MP3 files.

Never had this issue with my CDJ-2000's

Does the external drive require external power or is it bus powered? I believe this issue may be resolved in the upcoming firmware - I'll check what the engineers have to say.

@Birch: yes, same freeze but the music keeps playing and at some point the screen goes to black and comes back

@Juan, I'm sure the list of fixes is on the firmware download page the carries the link, I remember quickly scanning over it whilst I was going to get the firmware
