@Matias,
Just turn it off and on (interrupt the power)
Setup:
2x CDJ-2000-NXS Running firmware v1.04
1 X Recordbox V2.01
CDJ's wired connected to the network
PC (windows 7 connected wired to the network, firewall turned off)
I have the following problem.
I just bought 2 CDJ-2000-NXS. I have no problem with playing MP3 files from an USB stick. When I load the same files that are located on my harddrive (c:) I can see them on the CDJ's when i'm in the "recordbox" mode.
I select a file from my rekordbox library and want to play this. then i get the following error.
I see the following error a few seconds - e-8309 link access error
This error is followed by
e-8302 cannot play track(c630)
I already read some other threads here but I'm not able to find the problem. Can you please help me with this.
When i connected the CD's to Rekordbox on my Iphone i can play the files correctly.
Could you please give me an advice or help?

As an update, the engineers have been notified of this issue and I'm awaiting a response. Please standby - thank you everyone for your patience and help in identifying what may be a potential issue. I realise this may be frustrating and for that I apologise but we're working on it as best we can.
@ Michel Franck
Plse, read earlier comments.
@Gavin
Thanks for the update. We'll wait patiently for the next update of RB.
BTW. CDJ-2000 NXS Firmware V1.10 has really nice improvements. Especially the tempo reset after syncing...
Regards, Andre
@Gavin I´ll be waiting for that update!! Thanks.
@Chris, that update is of February 25, and Gavin commented that they were working on a new update in order to fix this 8309 E-Link Error on February 27!
ahhh right... gotchya..
@ChrisP > Yes, this issue is still being reviewed - the release notes for 1.10 show what has been updated / fixed.
Absolutely Furious at this. It took me 12 months to accidentally figure out what needed changing within the VISTA network properties tab, as well as disabling the firewall, for me to get acceptable drag and drop usage of REKORDBOX. Against my better judgement I allowed the update to 2.0.3 last night and after updating got the same error code on my CDJ900 - E8302.
I turn off the firewall, I disconnect from the internet
My VISTA Laptop is connected via LAN to the DJM200
My CDJ900's are connected via LAN cables to the DJM2000
The internet sharing is, of course, disabled.
On version 2.0.2 - this worked - two days ago, IT WORKED - and now it doesn't and I am furious that an update has rendered using Rekordbox and my CDJ's impossible.
What is going on at Pioneer?
My problem is RESOLVED - thanks to some lengthy searching by a friend, he found me the previous version which works PERFECTLY
Just got my USB to NIC Adapter today, and i can confirm the problem is with the compatibility of Rekordbox towards Realtek NICs.
I have a Realtek GBIe NIC, and i haven't been able to load half of my songs onto the CDJs or rewind or forward in the song without it freezing, before i got my adapter today (and this laptop is under 6 months old).
Happily i can say that the problem is gone, there isn't even any loading time before the song is ready anymore, hopefully i can think more about DJing and less about is the song gonna finish loading and work before the other one is finished.
The gear i'm playing on: 1 x Pioneer DJM 900 and 3 x CDJ-2000 Nexus
No other people who have played on the setup, had the problem i had, but they where playing from Macs or PCs without a Realtek NIC.
@Anders, Thats great news... You should send Andre a big thanks for working that one out. I can happily say that since using the USB NIC I have not had one error or freeze and have full confidence in rekordBox and the laptop. I still have an SD card on stand by just in case but havent needed it yet.. :) I am PC laptop with 2 X cdk nexus.. Happy Days.
I'm experiencing the same problems with a Realtek NIC. Is there a way to resolve it without buying a new NIC?
@ Joepardy quick answer.. no... buy a USB nic.
Not necessarily - updating the drivers for the NIC will, more than likely, resolve the issues.
