yes you can, as long as there is some airflow and it is not entirely closed in, Most cases allow air flow out the back behind the deck

[SOLVED] It is ok for cdj2000nexus to use it inside a flight case?
Hello
I bought some Metal flight case . It is safe for CDJ2000nexus to use it inside the case? and How about DJM2000Nexus?
Or you advice me to use them outside and only use them for transporting?

Armin all my dj gear come out of the box and right into a flight case. I always take the cost of flight cases into account when I buy dj gear. BriChi is correct. You want to make sure that they have room to breath. But if you a buy a case made for a cdj2000/2000nexus, you should have any issues with that because it is made for the players. Me myself I have a coffin style case for my 2 cdj2000 nexus and djm 2000nexus. It is ALWAYS a good idea to protect your expensive investment.

Just to be safe I run AC cooling fans under my DJM900 when it's in the flight case. Probably not necessary but gives me peace of mind knowing how hot the mixer can run at times without it them.

@Armin > The CDJs and mixer generally do not generate much heat at all but, as with all electronic equipment, you should keep them well ventilated during use.
