[SOLVED] Cdjs won't eject

Hi. Just got a pair of cdj900s last week. New from [RETAILER]. Having problems with the decks ejecting cdjs. Both decks on more the the other will not eject at times. Have to shut down to eject. Using both labled and non labled CDs. Seems odd that both decks are doing this. Should I return or contact pioneer. I think [RETAILER] gives 30 days. Thanks for any help.

@Roy > Yup, returning it is definitely the right move in this case.

Ok. Returned one deck. No more eject problems. Funny I have owned CDJs since the mk1s came out. This is the 1st time I have had a problem. Hope the other deck stops acting up or gets worst before the 14day return policy.

@Roy > If you've any suspicion that its not working as it should, you should return it. You will have a 1 year warranty to return the unit if it is faulty. The 14 day return policy is simply a 'change-of-mind' option and does not apply to the warranty.
