This is insane.
I have two CDJ350s with a Ecler mixer.
Everything has been working smoothly with Rekordbox and correct BPM readings, but the looping function has not been used at all.
Today, I finally started messing with the Auto Loop function and discovered a serious issue.
I can hit either Auto Loop button, and get a perfect 4 bar loop.. however, when I press either button ( + / - ) the loop does not double or divide.
I simply get an off beat skip and the 4 beat loop continues at the same length.
Holding each button ( + / - ) produces even worse results with a stutter step effect, the beats get jumbled and sounds horrible.
I have watched multiple demos explaing how to properly use this function and my CDJs do not function as advertised.
I thought possibly my CDJ firmware was out of date, so I updated it.. the problem remains.
This is serious issue and I will returning these if I cannot get this resolved.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

@BK CDJ > Does the BPM display on screen when you are attempting to use the Beat Divide / Double buttons?
@BK CDJ > Any update?
Closed due to lack of response.
The problem is likely that the BPM is not displayed when this issue occurs. The beat double / divide buttons need to have the BPM displayed before they can adequately perform the intended task.
