Hi walter, it already has the latest firmware. Im wanting to reinstall it.
You follow the same instructions. I've never done it twice so I hope I am not misunderstanding you. Can you not just do it again?
Also, you should download it again. If you think you have issues, do not use the same file you previously used. use a new downloaded copy of the firmware.
If you try to do it again it just just says you already have the latest firmware.
Is the player a NXS or 2000
Its a 2000
What are the problems you're having and did they start after you installed the latest version of the FW?
The E-8709 Communication error comes up. After the newest update it is intermittent. Can turn on it will be fine and sometimes the error comes up. Nothing is connected to the cdj when it comes up. Ive changed one of the main boards with the ethernet socket on it but still comes up. Thought it might be worth giving it another refalsh or I think it's the main board on the top section of the CD player that links the bottom and top sections together. Thanks
Sorry Steve, I didn't realize that.
@Steve > How do you have the player(s) connected?
For troubleshooting purposes, try connecting one player directly to the ethernet port on your computer or directly connect two players and see if the issue persists.
@Pulse is there a way i can send you a private message? Thanks
