I recently changed the switch of my que button and my CDJ-1000 doesn't respond at all now. I tried formatting it to re-install the software but nothing happened when I tried to do that because those buttons I need don't work. I will be DJing November 28th and I can't practise until this is fixed. I really need help.

??? You can send it in for repair, but since you did the work it's hard to say what is the problem. Obviously the switch change has an issue here, but other than that I can't really see what to do to fix it. The MK1 is now 13 years old and is harder to give advice on, cab you try to reinstall the switch you put in??
Unfortunately we can not provide any support regarding repair or modification of your Pioneer product. Your best bet is to contact Pioneer technical support from the links at the right to either locate a local repair shop or arrange for repair with Pioneer directly.
