[CLOSED] Cue button broken?

Hi, first post for me. Im having an issue with the cue button on one of my cdjs. Its almost like it is having a malfunctioning sensitivity since last week. Sometimes I hit it normal and it cues fine, but more often I have to press with some force to get it to register. Is there a quick fix for this on some setting I've never heard of or is the sensor underneath the button going bad? Thanks for the help everyone.

Bit of an obvious answer but have you phoned Pioneer. I'd strongly recommend you do this rather then
Opening the unit up.

This rule about messing with the internals yourself is still around but I'd suggest you to Google Pioneer CDJ Tack switch repair, if you're not 100% cool with a soldering iron I'd suggest you to send it in, contacts to the right.

If it is in warranty contact pioneer to see if they would fix it for free, however it may be considered "wear and tear" and they may charge you to fix it.
