Don't worry about the mixer you made the right choice. It's better.

Get a pic up once you all set up would like to see it.

The djm2000 is made for live music creation. Get to know him by practicing home and you never go back to standard mixers.

My kit arrived on Monday, minus the DJM 2000 Nexus which was out of stock (ANNOYING!)

Anyway they sent me a new DJM 750-K as a loaner for a week until my 2000 is back in stock (tried to get a 900 nexus out of them but they were also out of stock ha)

I have attached a pic for you to have a look and I will post another one when my DJM 2000 Nexus gets here :o)

Not keen on the DJM 750-K. Im sure its a really good mixer but I find it a bit too basic so I have been getting frustrated using it.

Have you used the sampler yet? Is the sampler Quantized like the Beat Effects?

Would be good if a firmware update allowed for more sampling time rather than 8 seconds.

My DJM2000 Nexus still hasn't arrived :-( apparently this is a stock issue direct from Pioneer. Apparently this is getting sorted next week so I should have it by the end of next week or the start of the week after.

From what I have read up on, the sampler is quantized however the audio can't be stretched so you wouldn't be able to change the BPM of the track and it would fall completely out of time if you did. Don't quote me on this because I could be wrong, as soon as my mixer arrives I will have a mess around with it and get back to you.

Maybe one of the admins could answer this though?

I'm disappointed there is no Flange effect on the mixer. I suppose Jet will be the closet but with less control (4-beats, 8-beats, etc.)

@DJ-S TYPE you could always use the jet effect with the filter beat effect and that would pretty much be a flange effect.

I will try all of this as soon as it arrives, I can even post a small video to show you the results if that's any good to you.
