[CLOSED] CDJ-2000 NXS Jog wheel loose (wobbly)?
Hi all....
I received this Nexus as a trade. I haven't used CDJ's in years......so long I have forgotten the feel of the platters.
All functions on the deck are 100% but is it normal to have this much 'play' with the platter?
The tension knob is working, Tightening or loosing the knob has the same result with the side to side movement of the platter.

The support tabs that hold the side of the wheel (ring) in place?
Am I correct in saying there are 3?

yes exactly, I can see if one of those 3 break it would cause the platter to shift like that

Really appreciate the advice...
I'm somewhat skilled & opened it up to take a look.
If the 3 tabs are present, is there anything else to look for? Worn rollers maybe?

worn rollers I would think would cause more of an up and down wobble, not really side to side, side to side makes me believe its the track system (3 tabs)
