ps the mic jack plug is mono only and the leads im using for the iphone are stereo too

my ddj t1 with tracktor pro 2 - (no audio from mic)
Hi im not getting any audio from my microphone at all. and when i connect my iphone to the aux in the aux ports at the back the audio is very very low i can only hear or just about her it when all the gain, master and channel volume is up full can any please advise...
