no device conected in 2 pioneeer ddj sz

I am selling pioneer friends, and I have conflict with 2 machines sold to different customers, serato does not recognize them, have formatted, have actulizado to version 1.6.3, have updated the firmware, we dropped the files and insert provides nothing, I am ing in sitemas, and no way that sz, recognize to serato, I contact support pioneer and tells me it has to do with serato, so appreciate your help

is win 7 and win 8 is installed the driver and the driver leaves as connected but serato 1,6,3 appears as not connected

I have exactly the same problem with one DDJ-SZ (customer from my store).

The computer is an HP Pavilion i core i5

• (re installed) Windows 7 64 bit service pack 1 "updated" OK.
  
• No antivirus, firewall or other programs (Win + Serato only).
  
• Latest firmware 1.15 OK.
  
• Serato 1.6.3 OK.
  
• UAC disabled OK.
  
• Device installed correctly in the control panel OK.
  
• Connection instructions from forum" Hardware not connecting to Windows computers" OK.
  
• USB 2.0 port OK.
  

Result: "NO COMPATIBLE DJ DEVICE CONNECTED".

• I tried the USB-SZ sound from windows and it works.
  
• I tried "without changing the midi compatibility mode" and it works (Traktor, VDJ).
  

The problem is only with Serato. I think there is some problem with the driver.
