Hi, my itunes playlists are not updating in rekordbox.
After I create a playlist, or import new tracks to itunes they do not show up in itunes playlist tree within rekordbox.
Is there anything I can do to get this working..?
any help appreciated.

Been a problem for a long time now, not sure if it's by design or not but if you open the sync manager you should be able to see your new playlists and once a sync is performed all the new playlists should appear in iTunes.
It should but with some users, we've found you need to refresh a couple of times (click the reload icon to the right of the iTunes label on the left window), other users have needed to simply wait a couple of minutes.
Engineers are working to improve this behaviour and your patience is appreciated.
Please be aware you can always drag-and-drop playlists into rekordbox manually to re-create them if the sync isn't working properly for you, or you can use the Sync Manager which acts as a one-way sync/import from iTunes.
Hi, thanks so much for getting back to me on this.
Unfortunately the refresh button, waiting and sync manager have failed to solve the issue.
not only are the recently created itunes playlists not showing up (even in sync manager) but the recently added tracks are not showing up either..!
very much appreciate your help with this.
Are you running iTunes 12.2?
Have the same issue with iTunes 12.2 a. RB 3.2.1. :-(((
This is a disaster! Please help
hi, yes itunes 12.2, and rb 3.2.1
however I had the issue before updating itunes.
many thanks.
Same problem after updating to iTunes 12.2. Unable to import playlists in folders. I have one folder called Rekordbox in iTunes Within that are multiple folders with multiple playlists. Historically all subfolders and playlists synched while retaining their respective hierarchy. Now Rekordbox just imports the top level name of the folder and all the contained tracks but without the playlists or subfolders. It is just a big mess of tracks in one playlist called Rekordbox. I believe that this is a result of how apple has reconfigured playlists under the new iCloud Music Library settings. Very frustrating! Any help would be appreciated:)
