Official comment
The Load Next Track function does not work properly for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th deck in current version of rekordbox.
It works as Load Next Track of 1st Deck.

[Solved] 2nd, 3rd and 4th Deck (Next track option) in keyboard shortcut does not work
2nd, 3rd and 4th Deck (Next track option) in keyboard shortcut does not work . The deck will jump to random track ones and will not load any more tracks. this happens with Defaults shortcut or any other assigned.
