Problems with linking cdj 900nexus to rb

Hi there , first sorry for my bad english. I try to explain. I just got my 2 cdj900nexus and my djm900 mixer. While trying to link it to my brand new ultrafast asus laptop(g751) i had the first problems , sometimes it showed the players in rb sometimes not. When they was visible i could not send a song on it, it did not work, it only said loading on the player and nothing else, only ones i got the "noise" tune from pioneer thru, wich is very small. , what i did next.... I shut down everything without the ethernet connection, firewall off... Noting .. It enden up that rb didnt show any of the both players, both was disapeared... Only the mixer is visible.. He still is...:/ ... I reinstaled the full laptop , factory like... Same problem... Mixer visibel , players not.... I tried in so many forums, talked to all my nerdie pc friends no one can help ... Is here anybody wich could help me... Greetings from marc....

That sounds like a very strange 'solution'. Still wondering how that would have worked. Did you post all your specifiactions first? Here's a link to the information that wil heelp out figuring out what could be the problem.

All the way down the page is a list. Like I said, really curious about your unique situation.

Thanks for the quick reply. You're right. It's a good thing things do work now. I guess the SSD thing or maybe some former install, pointing in the registry at the same location could also be a cause. Who knows.
