So I've tried everything I can think of to resolve this. Every time I try to export my playlists from ReKordbox to my USB, it crashes at about 13%. I've tried using different USB sticks and I get the same result. It's getting annoying!

How much are you trying to transfer at once, Maybe attempt to only transfer a few songs at a time to see if it happens again. Also what format is your usb drive FAT32 is what you should be using.
I just updated to the latest update of Rekordbox 6 and now whenever i go to sync my playlists to my USB, it now freezes/crashes.
I've re-formatted the USB, i've tried syncing only a small playlist at a time, and i tried to install RB5 instead, but it won't restore my library from RB6.
How can i backdate my update or resolve this issue?

Sorry to hear about that - are you having this problem when using the Sync Manager or just when exporting from the collection to that USB drive?
Have you tried a different USB drive?
Can anyone please help? I'm new to RB and each time I'm exporting to USB, it crashes.
