are you importing them from iTunes or just dragging them into rekordbox collection?

FollowRB doesn't find any songs I imported from itunes
Just imported some playlists into RB, but RB doesn't find any file (yellow exclamation marks). I didn't move my music library.
So can you help me out, since I do not want to manually locate 500 tracks.
Many thanks in advance.

I'm using the bridge function. And then drag them.
what version of iTunes are you using. if you using the latest check this thread out first http://forums.pioneerdj.com/hc/en-us/articles/204774379
I'm using itunes 12.1.2
try removing the playlist completely from rekordbox then re-import the playlist again. Do you get a failed to transfer notice after this. check your log txt file in your documents folder.
I checked my log and this is the start "One or more files were not imported.
Track(s) were not imported due to the following possible reasons.
- The file path is longer than 255 characters.
- Invalid file format
- File format(s) rekordbox does not support such as Apple Lossless"
After that follows all the tracks that are not imported.
Don't get wiser from this.
Did you get an answer? I have the exact same issue and log. Can't get my iTunes library imported into RB. 7352 songs. Serato and traktor imports are seamless.
I have the same problem with a few tracks.
here is the log file just in case, they are all purchased music either from itunes/juno or beatport.
The only working solution for me is to copy the file on teh dektop and just drag and drop it from there and it adds it to the collection (weird) hope this helps, it's not a solution, it's just a work-around

now I sort of get it that I have digged down in teh folders... it is indeed exceeding the 255 characters and I don't know how come iTunes creates a folder with such a long name, no point :/ anyway, I will update if I fixed this...
Okay... SOLUTION!!!! (in my case at least)
See how long is that folder name? It's because it's an album with various artists, and iTunes is copying it because some wise guy labeled al the artists in the album artists section.... simply open up iTunes, right click your track, Get Info, and rename the album artists or whatever the log file is complaining about. Probably to something shorter so the path of the file won't exceed 255 characters.
Hope this helps.
I had the same issue on my Macbook. Turns out the song in iTunes was in the trash. I had to move it out of the trash and reload into iTunes for it to work.
Had another issue and found myself back at this thread. The files were under the 255 character limit and weren't in my trash.
I went into iTunes and edited the song. I deleted a character and added it back. Reload iTunes library in Rekordbox and the songs imported OK.
I had an issue importing on 5 songs. Changing the first one allowed all of them to be imported. Weird.
