Cue issue on CDJ 2000 NXS.

The issue I'm having is when i use my usb stick i load a track up, scratch back on the first beat hit the cue button and then the cd skips back to the previous track, placing the cue point in completely the wrong place. It seems theres no gap between the tracks. Ive tried looking on here and a few people have complained about the same thing. This never happened on my trusty old 1000 mk3s. Is there a solution to stop this? Its very, very frustrating - i can't figure out how to stop this happening and I'm guessing theres probably an easy solution. thanks.

Yes, still sucks that this hasn't been a feature implemented like Denon has,

try changing the player mode to "single" in the menu and make sure auto cue is enabled also

Changing to single mode cured this - thank you very much.

If anyone reads this that has just brought a pair of cdj2000 nxs do the following:

hold the menu button down until the utility menu displays

the first option you have is play mode - hit the rotary selector down to change the option to ''single mode''

Now the tracks won't jump back to the previous track when cueing your first beat.

Seems obvious now but i was on hours looking for a fix.
