DDJ SR Effects butons are loading tracks on different decks?

My DDJ SR is acting pretty weird. When I load a track on a deck and go from the Hot Cue menu to Roll, tapping Hot Cue again will instead go to Slicer and load up a track on the opposite deck, sometimes on the 3rd and 4th decks as well. Hitting Hot Cue multiple times after that will just keep restarting the song and do some weird stuff.

I'm on the latest firmware and latest serato. Any ideas? I have a gig tonight! Thanks

Outside of a new USB cable, I would contact tech support..

I'm having the same issue after downloading the latest firmware. Did you find a resolution?
